Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR)

Provided program, financial, analytical, technical, and administrative management support services and involved IPTs by evaluating current and future technologies and provide recommendations for new system alternatives and upgrades that support the F/A-18E/F production, the EA-18G, delivery and operational requirements to include F414 engines, Advanced Targeting Forward Looking Infra Red (ATFLIR), Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA), Shared Reconnaissance Pod (SHARP), avionics systems and others. Sam Inc. advised IPTs regarding platform system integration, as well as support and system interoperability by monitoring program execution at field activities, NAVAIR Depots, and contractor facilities.

Supported the Naval Aviation Enterprise’s goal of achieving current readiness and ensuring the readiness of the future force by optimizing existing resources through the creation of efficiencies and the management of all elements of cost by providing the following services,

Provided engineering, technical, test and logistics services for the conduct of Joint and Navy research and development (R&D) programs; systems integration; simulation and stimulation systems development, test planning and conduct; command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems interoperability; and, technology demonstration programs for the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Integrated Battle-Space Simulation and Test (IBST) Department, Integrated Combat Environments (ICE), and Division, Surface/Aviation Interoperability Laboratory (SAIL) Branch.

As the award winner of the first task order under the ID/IQ contract at NAVAIR (PM MAC), SAM Inc. provided program management support, FMS case management support, execution and case reconciliation, financial analysis support, technical / engineering support, and logistics and supply support to deliver enhanced capability to the NAVAIR METCAL FMS program through improved timeliness and the ability to adapt quickly to escalating demands while facilitating future FMS requirements.

Provided technical and programmatic planning support and analysis for the weapons integration on the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF). Tasks included critical reviews (SRRs, IBRs, PDRs, CDRs, and EWSR), communications and interactions between JSFPO, PEO(W) and PEO(T) weapons teams. Provided direct support to APEO Weapons and worked closely with PMA 201, PMA 242, PMA 258 and PMA 259 teams in weapons development and aircraft integration. Provided system engineering for technical and programmatic planning support and analysis for the integration of the Joint Air to Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM).

As a Prime Contractor, SAM Inc. provided technical and program management support services as required in support of the weapons system integration for the Aircraft/Target/Weapon Support Equipment Branch, Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Lakehurst, New Jersey. Tasks performed include weapon system integration through both programmatic and technical support services.

Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA)

Supports of the AEGIS Weapon Systems and AEGIS Combat Systems Designs. Services include engineering, Test and Evaluation, Logistics, Production, Acquisition and Cybersecurity functions required for upgrading and maintaining AEGIS Weapon System baseline development and maintenance.

As a Prime Contractor, SAM Inc. assisted SEA 01C in managing NAVSEA Security Assistance programs and assigned FMS cases. Interacted with personnel at various activities and occasionally with other government and Navy representatives. Provided Professional/Program Management Support Services, Project/Data Analyst Support, day-to-day management, and Financial Management Services.

Provided flight test plan reviews, flight test adaptation validations for specific test scenarios, design concurrence with missile 6-DOF simulations, development of test program specification, including test script design, conducting regression testing, and development and maintenance of associated documentation. Other tasks included participation in the Test Coordination Panel (TCP), Mission Control Panel (MCP), Mission Readiness Review (MRR), and OP Program Committee meetings.

Provided Engineering, Business, and Financial Management Support to Team Submarine to improve communication among the various offices that contribute to the design, acquisition, maintenance, and support of the World’s finest submarine force.

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Support Services

Provided project management support services and technical support services for a wide range of acquisition projects by the Acquisitions Directorate of the U.S. Coast Guard Headquarters

This includes technical support, and additional program support as required, for the Joint Air-to-Ground Missiles (JAGM) Program.
